Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of XGrow AI, including our website, dashboard, and any related services (together, the "Service"), operated by XGrow AI ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who can use XGrow AI

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to connect any Twitter/X account you link to your XGrow AI account.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at our contact page if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or are used for abusive or illegal activity.

4. Connecting your Twitter / X account

XGrow AI connects to your Twitter/X account via the official OAuth 2.0 authorisation flow. We never see or store your Twitter password. You can disconnect your account at any time from Settings, which immediately revokes our access. You remain solely responsible for all content posted to your Twitter/X account through the Service, including AI-generated content you choose to schedule or auto-post.

5. AI-generated content

XGrow AI uses third-party AI models to generate tweets, threads, and replies based on prompts you provide. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it is posted, particularly when using automated scheduling or one-prompt campaigns. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, non-infringing, or suitable for your audience. You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes third-party rights.

6. Uploaded media

When you upload images, videos, documents, or links to your media library, you confirm that you own or have the necessary rights and licences to use that content, and that uploading and attaching it to posts does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights. We store uploaded media on your behalf solely to provide the Service and do not claim ownership of your content. You may delete uploaded media at any time, which permanently removes it from our storage.

Each subscription plan includes a media storage allowance. If you exceed your plan's storage limit, you will be prompted to upgrade or delete existing files before uploading more.

7. Automation features

Automation features (auto-reply, trend monitoring, competitor tracking, content recycling) act on your behalf according to rules you configure. You are responsible for the rules you set and any resulting activity on your connected account. We apply rate limits to automation actions to comply with Twitter/X's API policies; we are not liable for restrictions Twitter/X may place on your account as a result of your use of automation features.

8. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. A 7-day free trial is available on eligible plans; your card is collected at checkout but no payment is taken until the trial ends unless you upgrade earlier. You can cancel at any time from Billing — if you cancel before the trial ends you will not be charged. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: violate Twitter/X's Terms of Service or Developer Policy; engage in spam, coordinated inauthentic behaviour, or follower/engagement manipulation; infringe intellectual property rights; harass or threaten others; or attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.

10. Affiliate and referral programmes

If you participate in our affiliate or referral programmes, payouts are calculated and paid according to the terms displayed in your dashboard at the time of referral. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or self-referral activity.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; certain provisions (including Sections 5, 6, 12, and 13) survive termination.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will achieve any particular engagement or growth outcome.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XGrow AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, including any action taken by Twitter/X against your connected account.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or an in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
